Info: It was the Monthly Member Gift in January of 2012. The special hat came in 8 colors, but red was the most common of the 8. This is one of the few animated clothing items in Jamaa, with the confetti seemingly coming out of no where. These items are becoming more popular and more rare by the second. If you have them, hold on to one!

    Actually, Red is the rarest :3 I've been on about 5 other blogs that say Silver and Red are the rarest. Red, because is the most common but the overall item is very rare, red is being traded for more than it is worth. Red just might be the rarest because its one of the only party hats people can find. :D I have a red one! I'm so lucky, people over trade for it and I decline to be evil >:3 merherhehhrherherrr...
